Celebrating the season, some Holiday gifts for the BOARD and others

Here are a few gifts I wish for some members of the Trinity Board and administration would get this Holiday Season!
Sandra Clutter - Her own toy bus world, where she could put stop signs and anything else where she wanted and also to be givin the title of bus queen. [oops she is known as the bus queen]
Scott Day - Athletic ability so he could really talk about sports without people laughing.
Colleen Interval - A big bag to put all the balls she counts in and a personality.
Henry Clemens - The same as Sandy only you are the bus king!
Jack Keisling - A chance to pick another superintendent as qualified and as mild mannered as your first choice.
Tom Bodnovich - A WPIAL Gold Medal that you could show everyone and tell people about your imagined accomplishments as you retire from our Board to return to your home on fantasy island.
Tamara Salvatori - A phone with unlimited text and cell calls.
Dennis McWreath - The courage to speak in front of people the way you talk behind their backs.
James Knapp - A mental health evaluation for serving with the before mentioned elite eight on this board.

Dr. Paul Kasunich - The book "Ghandi"
Mr. Dennis Makel - The starting solicitor job for the school district instead of second string.
Mr. Donald Snoke - The title Principal/Athletic Director if that is what you really want to be at Trinity.
Mr. Bobby Jones - All of the Milli Vanilli albums, you understand them better than most.
Mr. Ed Dalton - The top sports story of 2011 instead of the number two story, "Dalton awarded 1,000,000 by judge"

SCOTT DAY CLAIMS DALTON AND STAFF WILL BE GONE IN JANUARY!

Allegedly, Board Member Scott Day has told people that Ed Dalton and the football staff will be gone in January.  Day who wants a relative to be the football coach and the athletic director has been allegedly unhappy with Ed Dalton ever since he would not fire former Wrestling Coach Jeff Bricker.  Day, actually according to a very good source wanted to himself evaluate Jeff Bricker, who was a two time collegiate All American in Wrestling, and won two WPIAL Team Wrestling Championships as a coach. Scott Day's wrestling resume included being a fan and he quit wrestling in high school according to classmates of Day.  This should make the Christmas Holidays interesting and will really unite our group again for January. [get the auditorium ready]
Remember Athletic Director Bobby Jones told the fall coaches that NO positions would be opened from the fall season and that neither he or Superintendent Paul Kasunich would support or recommend such a move of opening a coaching position.  But maybe Kasunich had to make some promises to keep his job!
Not that Athletic Czar Scott Day cares but our football team has made the WPIAL playoffs six consecutive years and was the only Trinity Fall Sports team to make the playoffs this year, posting a 6 & 3 mark tying for second in the section before losing to West Allegheny.  The Hiller Football Program has been 36 - 19 over the past 6 regular seasons, 2 and 6 in the playoffs.  Dalton has about 140 career wins about 60 of those at Trinity.  I received this information from the Post Gazette.

KEN BONNELL TOLD EVERYONE THIS BOARD WOULD MAKE HISTORY!

Read the attached link about our superintendent as more embarassing news about our school district hit the airwaves today. Just think the Ed Dalton lawsuit goes to court on Wednesday.  Since Thomas Breth does all of our attorney work now why do we still pay Dennis Makel.  Its obvious this BOARD has NO faith in his ability.  It now appears that two of our BOARD members the shoe traders were close to being sighted for trespassing at Trinity South, as again they forgot they are only BOARD Members during meetings.  And it appears the BOARD will attempt to close Trinity South for next year as soon as next week, and move the eighth graders to the high school for next year.  I will get you more details later in the weekend, I have attached the Kasunich information from WPXI. The good news is the entire community is now watching not just the athletic groups!

It now takes three to replace Dalton!!

It appears new Athletic Director Bobby Jones is getting even more help in the position. The district has just announced that they will now staff athletics with a fulltime secretary by taking a secretary from the main office. Since his arrival Mr. Jones has lost the responsibility of the Athletic Transportation, and now gained a fulltime secretary. My math says that it has now taken three people to replace Mr. Dalton as Athletic Director and sporting events have not even started yet this year. It will be interesting to see if Mr. Jones is required to go to games or if even more help is used to cover sporting events. This circus needs a tent over the top as chaos, is now becoming the norm at Trinity and it is sad.
PS: Tell your high school student to be prepared the new high school cafeteria is ready for operation and it will remind you of 1965!!! The elite 8 have struck again, this time in the cafeteria!

It just keeps getting better!

Allegedly, we are learning that new Athletic Director, Bob Jones has had many of the former responsibilities of former Athletic Director, Ed Dalton removed from his job duties. It appears that all transportation of athletic events will now be handled by Transportation Director Levi Bristor, Dalton did the athletic transportation when he served as the athletic director. This appears to be an attempt to make it difficult or impossible for Bristor to coach baseball. It also raises many questions about the new Athletic Director's $75,000.00 salary with no experience and less to do, compared to Bristors $35,000.00 salary with experience and more to do. There is an Armageddon but its not financial, its in leadership by the new Superintendent who appears to be over his head in this job!

What happened to Financial Armageddon?

Some thoughts as I try to understand how this BOARD of business people is saving the tax payers money. I remember one of Mr. Keisling rambling speeches about the new administrator contract and how they had to pay for health care and this is just the first step in saving money. The second step my opinion, must have been trying to get rid of any coach who has their teams in the playoffs every year, that must save on transportation.[we know transportation, we have multiple bus drivers and former bus drivers on our board] The third step, I am guessing was to hire Levi Bristor as Transportation Director with no experience[and from all accounts he has done a great job] and over pay him at $35,000. [no wait that was the previous BOARD] This BOARD, the business people hired an Athletic Director for $75,000 with no experience and no disrespect a stunning 35% winning percentage as a basketball coach, that makes business sense. Don't forget we do have a former basketball great on the BOARD, he must have been a large part in this decision. Step four, in what I am calling the Keisling Doctorine,im guessing would be to transfer Mr. Dalton to a teaching position and pay him 80,000 instead of $88,000 as an Athletic Director who has to work 250 day instead of 190 days, do that math. Well it is reality TV at its best the BOARD has a list I will fill you in on who allegedly is next up for the Elite 8, as well as look back at Burgettstown High School and one of their graduates!

ELITE 8 TURN TO BOBBY JONES AS NEW AD

Although the agenda read Charlie Kiss to be hired as Athletic Director at $69,000 and the overhead read the same until the last second, the final result was not Charlie Kiss at all, it was Bobby Jones. Jones who has never been an Athletic Director has been a long time College Basketball Coach most recently at Saint Francis University where he recorded an overall mark of 85 - 157 before being let go. Jones moved back to Pittsburgh and supposedly was to have been an independent scout for the NBA[????]. He will begin August 9th at a salary of $75,000.00.
A few highlights of the evening:
1. Mr. Ed Dalton got up and spoke about how he tried not to file a law suit and explained the events as he saw them.
2. Mrs. Fancis Eates asked what would hapPen if Mr. Dalton wins his law suit, Mr. Makel said he can't comment.
3. Mr. Ray Deep spoke about the night of January 7th Mr. Bodnovich told him and another person that they had a three year deal in place with Mr. Dalton.
4. Mr. Bodnovich used a mike, but we still seemed to have problems with moving an agenda item he stated the wrong number, and adjourning the meeting was a problem.
5.Allegedly Mr. Kiss withdrew at noon but they did not have time to update the BOARD agenda.
6. Alledgedly, (I could not see where I was sitting) I missed a pair of shoes for the ages worn by one of the Elite 8.
7. We were waiting to hear Mr. Keisling give a rambling speach on how he selected the new AD but he did not, he must have been worn out working out the last minute deal.
Finally, one BOARD member says he is going to say things all the time to clear things up and then he never does, very disappointing!
ANOTHER IDEA, FOR THE FUTURE IN HIRING, IF YOU DON'T HAVE A CANDIDATE THAT DAY, CANCEL YOUR MEETING, AND START OVER BUT THEN AGAIN MAYBE SOON WE WILL HAVE TWO AD'S!
NEXT WRITING A LITTLE INFORMATION FROM BURGETTSTOWN, YOU WILL FIND IT INTERESTING!

SPECIAL BOARD MEETING!

The Trinity Area Board of Education will hold an emergency meeting tomorrow night for the purpose of hiring a new Director of Athletics to replace Ed Dalton. Allegedly the job will go to McKeesport Director of Athletics Charlie Kiss who is being pressured at McKeesport to leave over nepotism. Mr. Kiss will supposedly make 72,000 a year, and alledgedly the contract for him is three years. He resides in Penn Trafford School District in Westmoreland County.
-Alledgedly there is an interesting audio tape going around with a discussion of interesting details about a contact extension for Ed Dalton as AD and Head Football Coach in January.
-I will be at tomorrow's meeting as will many people I have talked to it should be interesting.
A FINAL THOUGHT: CAN ANYONE TELL ME IF WE HAVE OR DON'T HAVE A BASEBALL COACH?
A CHALLENGE: READ THE MINUTES FROM BOARD COMMITTEE MEETINGS AND SEE HOW MUCH TIME IS SPENT DISCUSSING ATHLETICS. THE PERSONEL COMMITTEE MINUTES ARE REALLY INTERESTING, THE MAJOR DISCUSSION WAS HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE STANDING ON THE SIDELINE DURING THE FOOTBALL GAMES!

Sunday thoughts about the Elite 8 and other thoughts

I apologize the blog site will not let me copy and load documents like Ed Dalton's lawsuit or Dennis McWreath and Jack Keisling's retirement packages. I will attempt to summerize them for everyone soon.
If you drive a bus for a company contracted by the Trinity Area School District, how can it NOT be a conflict of interest to be on the School Districts Transportation Committee. We have submitted this theory to the state for an opinion.
Alledgedly Charlie Kiss has been offered the Athletic Director Position, is he going to live in McKeesport? That would work well, aren't we worried about administrators being available at a moments notice.
Alledgedly the BOARD President appointed four additional members to the Hall of Fame Committee and then suspended the Hall of Fame or something like that; as always the gold medalist is confusing. It appears the new members are Brian Hilk a former great athlete at Trinity with children in the school district, Tom Sypula who lives in the Trinity School District but his son attended Washington on an employee voucher, Steve Day father of Scott Day[nepotism does not count unless you want it to], and John Unice former Uniontown Basketball Star[he really was on the team] and Washington and Jefferson Basketball Coach. Removed were Gerald Chambers, Jeff Miller, Sam Pugilisi, and Heather Watson.
Allegedly the BOARD might not hold work sessions any longer that would eliminate public comment on agenda topics, all explain it better in my next post.

Really Now?

Allegedly the following things have occured:

1. At least two members of the BOARD have filed lawsuits against tax payers and parents of Trinity students.

2. Judy Panasik also filed lawsuit against a parent, she is the women who films the BOARD meetings and hangs out with the Board members. [is she employed anywhere?]

3. Attorney fees since January are growing and growing as soon as I get the paperwork I will tell you the exact amount.

4. Trinity Math replace Jim Tucker first year teacher making approx 40,000 a year with Ed Dalton making 80,000 a year and Ed will always be about 40,000 ahead of him for 15 years until Tucker would have reached max salary. Cost to District 600,000 over 15 years smart!

5. One of our group has the details of both Mr. McWreath's and Mr. Keisling's final salary, retirement incentive, and benefit package, we will publish as soon as it is available to us.
