What happened to Financial Armageddon?

Some thoughts as I try to understand how this BOARD of business people is saving the tax payers money. I remember one of Mr. Keisling rambling speeches about the new administrator contract and how they had to pay for health care and this is just the first step in saving money. The second step my opinion, must have been trying to get rid of any coach who has their teams in the playoffs every year, that must save on transportation.[we know transportation, we have multiple bus drivers and former bus drivers on our board] The third step, I am guessing was to hire Levi Bristor as Transportation Director with no experience[and from all accounts he has done a great job] and over pay him at $35,000. [no wait that was the previous BOARD] This BOARD, the business people hired an Athletic Director for $75,000 with no experience and no disrespect a stunning 35% winning percentage as a basketball coach, that makes business sense. Don't forget we do have a former basketball great on the BOARD, he must have been a large part in this decision. Step four, in what I am calling the Keisling Doctorine,im guessing would be to transfer Mr. Dalton to a teaching position and pay him 80,000 instead of $88,000 as an Athletic Director who has to work 250 day instead of 190 days, do that math. Well it is reality TV at its best the BOARD has a list I will fill you in on who allegedly is next up for the Elite 8, as well as look back at Burgettstown High School and one of their graduates!

  1. We have all learned that finances are only an issue when it comes to what the board does not want to do. We will all have to foot the bill for their latest mistake. So far we are looking at an extra $210,000 in salary over the next 3 years (because of the move of coach dalton from AD to teacher) and thats not even considering him winning his lawsuit which I would bet he will be getting paid.
